PaperCut Refund Request

  1. In the Papercut box, click the link labeled “Details…”

 

 

  1. When the Papercut webpage opens up, sign in with your GFU credentials.

 

 

  1. On the left side of the page select the option labeled “Recent Print Jobs”

 

  1. Here you will see all of your print jobs listed that were done through Papercut.  Under the status section, click the link labeled “request refund” for the job you would like refunded.

 

 

  1. Select if you would like a partial or full refund and please enter a reason for why you are requesting the refund (note that the request will be rejected if there is not a clear reason given).  

 

 

  1. The request will then be sent to the dispatcher who will decide if the reason provided merits the refund requested.
